Conner Middle offers to its 8th graders an opportunity to go on an all-inclusive optional field trip to Washington, DC. This year the trip will occur on March 17-20, 2022. This page will give you information about the trip planned at this time. It is sponsored by Mrs. Pennington.
General Information:
Date: Thursday night (9pm) March 17, 2022 - Sunday night (10pm) March 20, 2022
We will we will travel by charter bus overnight Thursday to arrive on Friday morning in Washington DC. We will start with breakfast there then start touring throughout the entire day drive at our hotel that night. We will then on Saturday morning get up to a large breakfast, then tour the entire day on Saturday arriving back at the hotel later in the evening.We will stop for a nice lunch and dinner. Then on Sunday morning we will awake, have breakfast, pack, continue touring, and leave Washington DC proper after lunch.
Cost: $829 - AND OUR PARENTS PAY THE SAME AMOUNT AS THE KIDS!!!! WE DO WANT PARENTS TO GO!
Yes - this is expensive and there are cheaper companies - but Worldstrides gives us so much more for our money. We have tried other companies and they are not as accessible or helpful during the trip. Payment can be made in full or spread out into monthly installment payments*.
